1. Introduction
At RupVance, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our workshops and services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will issue refunds for our workshops, programs, and digital products.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By registering for a workshop or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
2. Workshop Cancellation by Participant
2.1 Standard Live Workshops
For our standard live workshops (virtual or in-person), the following refund schedule applies:
- 7+ days before the workshop date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee
- 3-6 days before the workshop date: 50% refund
- Less than 72 hours before the workshop date: No refund
2.2 Premium and Intensive Workshops
For premium workshops, multi-day programs, and intensive trainings, the following refund schedule applies:
- 14+ days before the workshop date: Full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- 7-13 days before the workshop date: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the workshop date: No refund
2.3 Self-Paced Online Courses
- Within 7 days of purchase: Full refund if less than 25% of the course content has been accessed
- After 7 days of purchase: No refund
2.4 Workshop Series and Membership Programs
- Within 14 days of initial purchase: Prorated refund for remaining sessions if you've attended no more than the first session
- After 14 days: No refund for the current billing cycle
3. Workshop Transfers
If you are unable to attend a workshop, you may transfer your registration to another person or to another workshop date, subject to the following conditions:
3.1 Transfer to Another Person
- You must notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop start time
- The new participant must meet any prerequisites for the workshop
- A transfer fee of ₹500 may apply
3.2 Transfer to Another Workshop Date
- You must notify us at least 72 hours before the original workshop start time
- The new workshop must be scheduled within 6 months of the original date
- A transfer fee of ₹500 may apply
- You may transfer your registration only once
- If the new workshop has a higher price, you will be required to pay the difference
- If the new workshop has a lower price, no refund will be issued for the difference
4. Workshop Cancellation by RupVance
RupVance reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to low enrollment, instructor illness, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:
- Cancellation: You will receive a full refund of your registration fee
- Rescheduling: You will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled workshop or receive a full refund
Please note that RupVance is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred in relation to a cancelled workshop. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for in-person workshops.
5. Technical Issues
For virtual workshops and online courses, we make every effort to ensure a smooth technical experience. However, occasional technical issues may occur.
5.1 Platform-Wide Technical Issues
If RupVance experiences platform-wide technical issues that significantly impact a live workshop experience:
- We will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
- If the workshop is substantially delayed or interrupted, we will offer participants the option to:
- Receive access to a recording of the workshop (if available)
- Transfer to another workshop date
- Receive a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of the disruption
5.2 Individual Technical Issues
For technical issues experienced by individual participants:
- We recommend testing your setup prior to the workshop and following our technical guidelines
- Individual technical issues (such as internet connectivity problems) are the participant's responsibility
- We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve your issues during the workshop
- In cases where significant content is missed due to technical issues, we may provide access to recordings or offer a partial credit toward a future workshop at our discretion
6. Dissatisfaction with Workshop Content
We strive to provide high-quality, valuable content in all our workshops. However, if you are dissatisfied with a workshop:
- For live workshops (virtual or in-person): If you are dissatisfied with a workshop, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of the workshop completion, explaining your specific concerns
- For self-paced online courses: If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase, explaining your specific concerns and demonstrating that you have engaged with the course content
We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
- A partial refund
- Credit toward a future workshop
- Additional resources or support
Please note that subjective dislike of teaching style or disagreement with content does not generally qualify for a refund if the workshop delivered the advertised content.
7. Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Due to the nature of digital products and downloadable resources:
- All sales of digital downloads, e-books, templates, and other digital resources are final
- No refunds will be issued once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded
If you experience technical issues accessing or downloading digital content, please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Group and Corporate Registrations
For group and corporate workshop registrations:
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to the workshop date for a full refund minus a 15% administrative fee
- Cancellations made 7-13 days prior to the workshop date will receive a 50% refund
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date
- Participant substitutions can be made at any time at no additional cost
For custom corporate workshops, specific cancellation terms will be outlined in the service agreement.
9. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your name, the name of the workshop, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund
- Provide any relevant documentation or information to support your request
All refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
10. Processing Fees
Please note that in some cases, the following fees may apply to refunds:
- Payment processing fees (typically 2-3%) may not be refundable
- Administrative fees as outlined in the refund schedules above
- International wire transfer fees, if applicable
11. Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and special circumstances may arise. In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other exceptional situations, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider requests for exceptions to our standard refund policy on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.
12. Promotional Discounts and Scholarships
Workshops purchased with promotional discounts, special offers, or scholarship rates may have different refund terms:
- Early bird discounts: Standard refund policy applies to the amount actually paid
- Promotional bundle packages: May be eligible for partial refunds based on the value of unused components
- Scholarship or heavily discounted rates: May not be eligible for cash refunds but may be eligible for transfers to future workshops
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
